have helped you in that situation?
I remember one time where I was so tired I could of slept for the rest of the day but I didn’t and I went to school and I slept in class on accident for 5 or less minutes and if I had a better sleep I probably wouldn’t of slept in class and I would of payed more attention.
- How can schools or families encourage children and teenagers to develop healthy sleep habits?
Everyone needs to have a bedtime, children need to go to bed at 7pm and teenagers need to go to bed at 9pm and adults can go to bed before 11pm so then they get a good sleep and not be tired but I reckon they probably will still be tired but they won’t be as tired as they normally are.
